I had a very disappointing experience with T-Mobile. The employees were not professional and did not seem to care about their customers. We were given a home Wi-Fi device to try, but we never used it and returned it the very next day. No one informed us that we also had to call customer service to cancel the line. Bad service people working there should not be there
Horrible service they offer rebates that when you call T-Mobile directly they wash their hands and it's on the customer to deal with it.
I went here twice in a month for two different problems and both times I was told they can help me.
Lanecha was charming at this location, very patient she helped with my issue quickly and gave recommendations for new phone options !
