Update: the District Manager is now trying to claim they “never accepted the device” and that “if we left the phone unattended in the store, they’re not responsible,” yet they also admitted that T-Mobile received the phone. So which one is it? Was the phone left unattended and MAGICALLY was teleported back to T-Mobile? My iPhone was locked by Apple twice after T Mobile having cellular service disrupted. First time I went to this store I was treated like a child and told “Did you hear what I said?” and then dismissed so the young lady could help another customer. Next time I was hesitant to go back in case I had the same rude employee assist me. Thank goodness she was not there. The young man helping me kept a professional manner even though I was frustrated. I had a very disappointing experience with T-Mobile. The employees were not professional and did not seem to care about their customers. We were given a home Wi-Fi device to try, but we never used it and returned it the very next day. No one informed us that we also had to call customer service to cancel the line. Because of that lack of communication, we were charged $45 per month for nearly three years for a service we never used. As a food critic I do not normally talk about the technology sector alot. However, this location has a good atmosphere for a cell phone company. The workers appear to have an attitude of help which is rare today. Walked in purchased s26 ultra, watch 8 and screen protector traded in a phone and received a future rebate.
