Lanecha and Judith were great helped me with my iPhone transfer for my contacts they were such a great help great smiles and really cared to help. Suggest them to go to for help if needed ❤️❤️
The lady at the store lied to us saying we would get 2 free watches gave us 1 an said they already sold the one watch an to come back tomorrow, then tells me my credit isn't good enough to get 2nd watch what a crook of shirt
the lady was very nice but very deceiving. she told me an ipad would be $200 but when i check my bill it’s $500?! the heavy set lady with curly hair not sure what her name was but i am furious! i get that these sales reps have to meet certain goals, but straight up lying about the price of a device is horrible! never trusting t-mobile again, i switched to AT&T and have experienced much better customer care as well as cellular service.
The girl that tried to help was working with 3 other people at once and would not take the time for me to explain what I needed done , very condescending and so I left and I will not return to that store
