I bought a new phone, and added a line, got a new line for "free" that really hasnt been free and the store says i should be happy with getting 1/3 of it back. The total is over $600. There were 2 other people, one elderly man, also there for similar issues. The excuse was "new management", and got asked to leave when i was upset with the outcome as 1800 care told me they didnt know why i couldnt get help.

DO NOT GO TO THIS T-MOBILE LOCATION — They mishandled my return, ignored follow-ups, and now expect me to pay $250 for their mistake. I returned my T-Mobile home internet device to this store on March 18. Since then, I’ve been dealing with an absolute nightmare.
