The girl that tried to help was working with 3 other people at once and would not take the time for me to explain what I needed done , very condescending and so I left and I will not return to that store
Don't post your hours if you aren't actually open those hours. I pulled up to a locked and empty store at 6:53 on a Thursday, when you were supposed to be open until 8.

We visited tMobile store 2025 in Derby, CT today, so we could transfer info from an old iPhone to a new one. The old phone had some things not working, which made it impossible to get things done without help. Manager Anna and Associate Lanecha were extremely patient and efficient helping us and multiple and other customers simultaneously. I bought a new phone, and added a line, got a new line for "free" that really hasnt been free and the store says i should be happy with getting 1/3 of it back. The total is over $600. There were 2 other people, one elderly man, also there for similar issues. The excuse was "new management", and got asked to leave when i was upset with the outcome as 1800 care told me they didnt know why i couldnt get help.
