We visited tMobile store 2025 in Derby, CT today, so we could transfer info from an old iPhone to a new one. The old phone had some things not working, which made it impossible to get things done without help. Manager Anna and Associate Lanecha were extremely patient and efficient helping us and multiple and other customers simultaneously. I bought a new phone, and added a line, got a new line for "free" that really hasnt been free and the store says i should be happy with getting 1/3 of it back. The total is over $600. There were 2 other people, one elderly man, also there for similar issues. The excuse was "new management", and got asked to leave when i was upset with the outcome as 1800 care told me they didnt know why i couldnt get help.

DO NOT GO TO THIS T-MOBILE LOCATION — They mishandled my return, ignored follow-ups, and now expect me to pay $250 for their mistake. I returned my T-Mobile home internet device to this store on March 18. Since then, I’ve been dealing with an absolute nightmare.
