Don't lie to your customers and tell them accessories are included with insurance and then charge them for it. Don't lie to your customers and trap them into keeping phones they don't want. Your assistant manager lied to me and told me he was not a manager so he couldn't do my return. He told me to come back the next day for the manager to do it. Carlos looks like a cracked out lil duval. customer service rate 0 clearly dose not know how to handle a situation with a customer, acts like he's the owner and could talk to the customer how he feels

They are horrible!!! I don't recommend anyone to go there. They are scam artists just like the rumors say they are. Corporate will be hearing from me.
