I had been locked out of my phone and tried to get help at another t-mobile store and with telephone tech support. They either couldn't help, had no desire to help me. I stopped in at 1087 Bald hill rd and explained the situation to John one of the t-mobile reps. He said they would try to get the phone unlocked. Along with Sam, Mat, and Sergio they were able to get the phone reset to factory settings and helped me transfer my data from my old phone to the previously locked phone.
