All my four experiences have been Negative at this location. I am a T-Mobile customer, have been for many years. I understand this is not a corporate owned store. Therefore, they must be given the instructions to be as rude as possible to anyone who walks in. I found Zach to be particularly rude. I would estimate that the reason no one was in the store is because of the lack of customer service. This was the fourth and final time I will enter this establishment. I love T-Mobile I've had it for about 2 months the service is great and the staff at the Keene store are really great and friendly so glad I switched plus the T-Mobile Tuesdays are awesome you get free stuff and discounts on some stuff as well!

2 months into this service here in keene and have to say the service around here SUCKS!!! Nothing like I was promised! To top off that you have to be in the center of keene to talk on your phone, I got double charged for a item and taxes on my bill that they promised wouldn't happen for a over charge of $46 this month (after complaining they did CREDIT my account but did NOT return they money to my card) also they decided to do auto pay 6 Days earlier than they said this month!!
