Everytime I go in the experience is wonderful. Andrew has been the main sales rep to help me and he is simply amazing. Great customer service hands down!!! I definitley recommend people to this location! ❤️
The service is nonexistent i drop about 75% of calls really annoying if i could rate with half star that would have been more appropriate
The reps were all talking about how they go out and party then show up to work hung over, the management is cussing and walk away from you while you are on hold with them. Took over an hour to figure you why I was being charged $1700 on 2 phones I returned 4 days after I purchased them! I have had the worst experience with this company and will never recommend or think of this company in future phone companies!!
Fucking T-Mobile company won't pay all your bill from your old cell company if you switch..moving to T-Mobile was my fucking biggest mistake..they don't have any service in grandview or sunnyside or prosser. Fuck you T-Mobile

A customer service rep named anttwon was extremely rude to my 70 year old mother & my same sex partner. Therefore after our contract ends, we are leaving T-Mobile. I will never do any business with them again. :(
