Our family had 3 different service providers before switching to T-Mobile in December 2018. We wanted to make things simpler and we stood to save $100/mo by combining our service. It started out okay, but in the last month, service has been awful! I can't send group text messages where previously I had been able to, ~25% of texts don't go through, and if our phone calls aren't dropped completely, every other word that's said during the call can't be heard. Horrible customer service! Lack of knowledge from representatives! And very childish sales representatives! I highly do not recommend seeing Skye! She is a complete liar and treats you as if you are stupid! Should not be allowed to even be working, if you don’t know something go and ask a supervisor don’t sit there and try to argue with me when you are just going to be a lazy sales person. Don't trust anyone in the Kennewick store, especially the manager!!! I'm running a business from my phone and T-Mobile started charging me for using the conference line. I went in to upgrade my daughters phone for her birthday and asked them, they said NO they won't charge for that. I made them call T-Mobile "the powers that be" and when they got off the phone they lied to my face and told me that they had called and that I wouldn't be charged for using it. I'm being charged!!! I don't understand!! I call to try to salve my problem!! It don't help!! It's sad that I can't even make a call from my own house that located in the middle of Richland Washington where I should be able to make calls!! To top that off half the time I have no 4g!! And my phone is so full of t mobile stuff I can't have any of my app's on it. It needs to do an update but it wants me to delete my stuff!! This sucks!! I've called and also went to the store to fix these issues but nothing!! Missing my Verizon phone!!

I really like coming into the T-Mobile store. The guys are always so nice and they get you in on their conversations. It is fun to have a place you can be yourself when you are in there. I really like the customer service rep nick. He does an amazing job. My son had his phone stolen and once I told him the story he was able to help get his phone taken care of so no one could use it anymore. As well, he remembered us from the last time we were in there and it was like talking to an old friend which is really refreshing. He wa... read more
