compre un cargador de 16 dlls y no sirve y el gerente en lugar de resolver me estaba discute y discute pésimo servicio y pedimos productos
I wanted to pay my bill at this location because I was in the area I went in yes the employees were with customers, but no one pick up their head to say good morning I’ll be with you in a bit nothing. I waited 10 minutes looked around nothing so I left. Went to my regular neighbor T-Mobile store took care of my bill. FYI: Customer service is very important in my book!!
This is by far the worst telephone company i have ever been with no wifi no service at all i wish i can go back to at&t and i know you really don’t care but at least someone is going to see my post and not do business with you (took me 20 minutes to post thjs because i had no service) �����
OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Everyone is so knowledgeable and courteous at that T-Mobile location. Very beautiful store! Totally recommend everyone to go there to experience the ultimate customer satisfaction!
