I've been a T-Mobile customer for about 10 years and have been very happy with their level of customer service. I was very happy when Kingman got a store. They couldn't have staffed it better then they did with Dan and Jessica, either. The screen on my iPhone 6 Plus recently went out and for only $5, they replaced it AND automatically upgraded me to the 6s!! One of the many great customer service gestures that T-Mobile has made through the years. Thanx guys!

Jessica is AWESOME!! Totally made upgrading my phone a simple breeze. Answered all my questions (and I had ALOT), broke down the different phones by features to help me decide which one would be best for me, gave me all the specials and deals available, offered all the extras and insurance, and there was no pressure or stress involved in upgrading my phone. If I could have given them 10 stars I would have!!! I am truly one happy customer!!!
