Love Dan & Jessica! They are super friendly; always smiling & having fun! Today they caught a major disaster! I was having a warranty replacement phone shipped to the store & when UPS went to deliver it, the box was damaged & the phone was broken. They took it upon themselves to send that one back & order me a new one! I have to wait a little bit longer for it, but it is definitely worth the wait so I don't end up with a phone I can't use! Thank you Dan & Jessica!!!

The employees were the nicest most knowledgeable people, they had the best customer service I have seen in Kingman, az, the one employee Dan was very knowledgeable on T-Mobile and what it provides he sold me on switching to T-Mobile within the first 10 minuets of talking to him, very nice and professional crew at the Kingman T-Mobile, I highly recommend them to everyone.
