I just want to say Sam was great! She set up my sim card in 4 minutes. She discovered my replacement gateway was defective and replaced on the spot. I spent 4 hours talking to customer service with no resolution. The local staff--SAM--solved the problem in 4 minutes. Bright, friendly, patient and just excellent person to do business with I highly recommend SAM for her help and effective solution. Very good customer service.
If you're looking for associates that would prefer to scroll their phone rather than help you spend money at their store, this store is the store for you. If not scrolling, it was acting like giving customer service was a chore and that we shouldn't have even been around to bother them. 3 associates, single ask for help, and it was like pulling teeth. The woman in store was so rude, she was more worried about scrolling on her phone then what I needed help with, she finally called customer service to find out what needed to be done, and still didn’t do it. I had a return she didn’t want to except, excepted it and did absolutely nothing to my account.
If I could give zero stars I would. They refused to sell my son a phone. She found every reason in the world not to sell, your name isnt on the bill, you didn’t know the code PIN right off the bat, if you had cash I could. I called T-Mobile service asked why he couldn’t, they verified there was no reason he couldn’t buy a phone. Tried to call the store all day to talk to the store manager - no one will even answer the phone Good job ladies - left a customer phoneless - lost a good business line customer.
