They did a great job at explaining to me that I needed a SD card to backup and store all my photos.
I just want to say Sam was great! She set up my sim card in 4 minutes. She discovered my replacement gateway was defective and replaced on the spot. I spent 4 hours talking to customer service with no resolution. The local staff--SAM--solved the problem in 4 minutes. Bright, friendly, patient and just excellent person to do business with I highly recommend SAM for her help and effective solution.
