T mobile needs to shut down this place asap. The associates as well as the manager are terrible here. They don’t solve the problem which they create. Couple of weeks back their associate sold us a fake promotion. When I knew about that through service center I went back the same day & tried returned the phone. I just want to warn everyone of the service i experienced yesterday The young man working lacks communicskills and obviously does not seem to care about helping people with phones and so on Hope you can work on your customer service skills young man It makes a difference when ppl can walk k to a store and get actual good service
The people at T Mobile were very helpful.
The only T-Mobile anyone should go to in Forks. Ray and Jon were so helpful and kind and worked to save us money and give us a great experience.
