Manager on 10/02/25 was so rude have customer who wanted to pay a bill wait 15-20 minutes this is ridiculous and made no sense he had the worst customer service my experience was horrible
So I only came to get the "kickstand" for the back of my phone... and there were a few people 4+ people in line and about 4 people being served but then there's the employees behind the door who clearly saw the traffic and still ignored us all... I was in the store a good 30+ minutes before I was even acknowledged...very unprofessional and not held to any standard...
Junior and Samone provided OUTSTANDING customer service! They are patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I truly hope Corporate sees and acknowledges them for the great work they are doing. I'm from out of state, but I am recommending this location to everyone!
