Horrible customer service Do not greey guest and seems like a manager problem to not have the store properly staffed on T-Mobile Tuesdays when there will be a high volume of customers coming in for the perks. It's not acceptable, worst experience I ever had coming in a store and been a customer since 2004!!

I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile to lower my bill. I worked with the manager Eric and my bill is now more than what I paid at Verizon. I never wanted a tablet and trackers. I just wanted a phone. He told me to come back in 3 months and he can lower my bill. I came back to the store and he told me that I need to add 3 more lines to make my bill cheaper something about 4 lines for $100.
