The TMO crew here was very helpful this morning. Unfortunately, I lost my phone at outside lands last night. As soon as I walked in Joseph connected me via phone with my boyfriend who knew I'd be stooping in at this location for help. I was able to make multiple calls to him which was super helpful while he was out looking for it. Thanks Joseph and crew! Also, phone was turned into lost and found, happy ending :)
I can not speak more highly of the crew here! WOW! Such competence! Allen really went the extra mile for me as we switched the phone and looked for ways to transfer data from the other phone. He almost skipped his break as he trouble shooted every possible solution. I said that he should be a manager with such depth of knowledge. Then today I went back and Rae helped me even further with importing into my computer. Honestly, I wanted to give them both a large TIP because they were so helpful——all the way through! Don’t bother coming here just call the online service desk 611 Their basically trying to route you out of the store elsewhere. Might as well just shut this store too.
