Took a friend to get a new phone. There was two young gentleman working and taking other young ladies. I have too say....this store is unlike any phone carrier store I've visited. Too bad others aren't this professional and courteous. It was a fun visit with a pleasant price.
Don’t waste your time going in the store… Spent 20 mins in there and of 4 things I went inside to do they were unable to do any of them. Just call customer service and save your gas. The store is only there to sign up NEW customers, they don’t care about preexisting ones.
Sooo...there's this guy and his name tag says HAPPY!! Swear I left out the happiest I've ever been dealing with anyone in customer service!!! He went waayyy above and beyond my expectations!! I was changing my number and always wanted the last 4 numbers to be specific. He went thru 20 prefixes with lists of numbers within them and BOOM!!! He found it!! Yall come see them!! Totally worth the in-person visit!! And by the way..also got me to buy an iPhone 14 pro max lol
