There are only a few employees who are not only knowledgeable, but nice. There are several employees who are so rude! So rude they should not work in a customer service job. Terrible customer service. This younger generation needs to learn how to treat the people who help pay their salaries. This is the worst corporate store I have ever been in! So bad I have considered dumping T Mobile. If you can, go to another store. I have called T Mobile headquarters and am going to write a letter as well.
