I had an awesome experience! Arnold was the best! Thought I was looking at being there for hours but was there for under 1 hour, ported all my 4 lines and got a great deal! Totally didn't mind driving from Rancho to riverside for the great experience!!
After having to send back my Samsung galaxy twice I decided to up grade and bought the LGStylo plus2. The guy at Tmobile downloaded all my information and sent me on my way. For the next 2 weeks I could not do anything but but call and text because I kept getting an interruption message saying screen overlay and could not correct the issue myself so I took my phone to T-Mobile. Lying pieces of garbage.As a promotional offer, T-Mobile offered buy one get one free on select Samsung devices. Female associate who works here told both me and my mother that upon activation of the 2 s7's we purchased, T-Mobile would begin processing a rebate of the full price of the s7. She specifically told both of us that we wouldn't have to do anything and that we would have to wait. We were happy with the deal we were getting and left as satisfied customers. 3 months … See more
