I was never looked in the eye by the associate (Marco) that was "helping" me with a battery issue. Apparently they don't carry batteries for ANY of their devices and only made 1 call to another store to see if they could find one. I couldn't afford to buy a new device, was told that the phone I purchased in August of 2016 was only on a 90 day warranty, and then they were done with me. I've been with T-Mobile since they were a startup so this is VERY disappointing. You might get better service if you speak Spanish...
Everyone at this store is on point made everything right got my new device and no more headaches thanks guys! A+++
