RecommendedI am visiting from Australia and was having issues with buying a sim card that would work with my aussie phone. I went to 2 other stores from other providers with no luck. Thank god for T-Mobile and Jimmy. He really helped me and manged yo get my phone to connect to your network. Someone give this man a raise!!! Appreciated all your help.

T-Mobile is one of the MOST helpful companies EVER. Been with them for at least 15 years, probably longer. The 5th Avenue store staff is the best though, extremely helpful, patient - today we worked with James who help set up a new iPhone. Knowledgeable, friendly — excellent experience. Thank you T-Mobile. Plus love the out of country features T-Mobile has had long before other carriers. Always have had a great experience.
5 people work and only two helping customers. Waited well over 30 mins to get helped and there were only 3 customers( that included me) in the store when I first walked in. The guy helping me had to keep stopping and asking for help. Only reason I came down here in the first place was because they were the only damn store from El Cajon ( btw was very very busy and I was helped 5 mins after I stepped in the door) spent 20 mins calling damn near every store to find what I need. his store is garbage they do anything just to get you out the door I currently lost $40 prepaid credit because of listening to some idiot!!! They just basically try to get u out the door versus help come up with a reasonable solution. Manager Ludwik about as inept as the rest of the staff. You will sit there for a good while only to be told that they can't do anything or to call the 800 number. The staff is rude and very quick to throw their hands up and give up.
