2/27/23 Bryan at the Ontario ( Corona) location is AMAZING! I had a complicated tech issue & he was able to help. The staff at this location is always so patient, professional & knowledgeable.
Had a great experience at t mobile store in corona “April” was really helpful with my phone issues and fixed my problem Thanks again
I was hoping the customer service in the store would have improved since we first signed up, it didn't. Reps in store don't always know what they're talking about and give bad advice. Spent 2 hours on with T-Mobile customer service to fix an issue caused when I went in to get help with a replacement phone.
