Manager Cynthia is RUDE and I've never disliked a store based on the people who work there. It starts at the top. The sales reps have forgot that Customer service is important and just shove sales down your face it is sickening. Went in the other day to set my gf up with a like. Basically I found her and LG G4 for 300 bucks and a SIM card for 5 dollars...put this in perspective and I'd have paid 400 plus for the phone and 15 for the sim had I purchase at T-mobile.
