Absolutely terrible experience. The beats headphones I was sold did not match serial numbers so I have no warranty. It’s very easy to see I purchased 2 pairs one black one white - they rang up just 2 white and neither serial number matches what I have. I still have the boxes and everything when I went into the store after attempting to file a warranty claim I was basically told that I committed fraud and swapped the devices. RecommendedYes... they are very helpful.. but one thing Mr Jose didnt inform me that i have 2 line for the device that i get for the car which is $11 each line so need to return.the device no budget to to pay $22 plus $4 for additional line... thanks but Jose very nice and helpful and very patience.
There is a new ower and team. They were very helpful and patient with us and made grandkids feel at home. I would recommend everyone who ever had a bad experience in past to go back and you would regret it. And the deals are awesome.

The management team is horrible. They will not honor your warranty and little Rocky would not take the time to help me. She is rude and full of it. Don't shop at this store there are plenty t-mobile stores in the area. I am/was a customer for 13 years. Screw you t-mobile!
