They told me that I qualified for get out of the red promotion and the manager never ended up doing it. 2 months later, 10 different people and managers and endless promises of well figure it out and call you. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I know have a 2,000 bill with my previous carrier and it’s affecting my credit score.
RecommendedI highly recommend to Webb Chapel location because of the manager Stephanie and big pimp and Blanca the associate. this location not even in my area but because I went to my job UPS it was convenient for me but when I walked in there I had the most negative attitude and I'm very difficult to deal with. Some items are delivered by mail and not by person to person exchange. As my daughter's brand new iPhone6 was ordered and paid for by Pay Pal. The Ebay seller ordered it from T-Mobile, he sat up an account with T-Mobile, we bought the phone from him off of Ebay and activated the phone with T-Mobile on our existing account.
