The costumer service is sock with The mobile it's been a week we trying to transfer our old number to T mobile they can't do it stupid people working there.

To transfer your old number from different carrier to T-mobile require a correct old account and pin number. It's a very easy process as long as you provide the correct information. Call customer service 1-800-937-8997 and make sure you have the right information.
T mobile doesn't even tell you half the stuff they charge you for ugh I hate it!!
