Y’all sold me a tablet that I would pay for $10 a month for service. That was in 10/2019 the tablet is defected y’all exchanged it and the new one has the same defect. Now y’all say I’m stuck with the tables and I’m stuck paying a monthly fee for a tablet I can never used!!! Y’all knew this tablets where defected and y’all pinned it on loyal customers! Bye TMobile going to Verizon!

Im so upset talked me into a plan by telling me a bunch of lies Got my first bill n was 3 times as much as it was supposed to be. Also had to trade my sons phone in to get deal well they ended up with his phone now for next to nothing so any way today is 3 days later after i signed onto tmobile went up right away after i received text stating what my bill would be next month.
