I am sitting outside the store after talking on the phone with TMobile. I am quite upset and had a panic attack about having to get a PIN to cancel my service after 21 years. Since I have this mental condition I can not control myself but all I was begging for was the Pin — don’t think they are going to give it to mep

I would like to recognize Hector Martinez at store 1033 for helping me at the last minute when when he didn't have have to. My wife's phone was sent back to us from Apple without her SIM Hector found one for us after store closing time. He went above and beyond, even staying over after regular store hours. He's a good guy and he saved the day - Thank you Hector

Everytime I come here I always have a wonderful experience. The store manager was absolutely wonderful and gave our son a dummy phone! It was so sweet and our son absolutely loves his new "phone". Thank you guys so much for being so great!
