Worst T-Mobile ever. My wife and I came in to add her to my plan and sell her phone to T-Mobile. It was a Venezuelan man who helped us and he deceived us into purchasing accessories because he said the credit received from my wife's phone can only be applied towards accessories and nothing else. He said the credit would pay off all the accessories outright so they would basically be free.
