Absolutely terrible con artists. Completely lied about what they added to our phone lines. When I called to correct it, it ended in the wrong phone lines being cancelled, leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere on Christmas Day
This company is absolute garbage. My phone hasn't worked in MONTHS and they've done nothing about it. Instead told me the only thing that can be done is pay to upgrade. Horrible horrible horrible service. Do not recommend to anyone. Edit: they didn't even activate my new phone. Useless manager.
I would give this T-Mobile store a zero if I could because the very worse thing about any store is when the manager cannot admit that he made a mistake and then tries to be wrong and strong. Horrible service! Horrible phones that stop working for no reason!
Very rude gaye
Andy was the sales associate that assisted me to upgrade my phone. That process was seamless. I also had a ton of questions about my bill and he took the time to explain everything and more. He was patient. He was kind and if you plan on visiting T-Mobile in Oswego and you want a friendly knowledgeable associate, ask for Andy. I definitely will be doing all of my business with this location.
