They will not call you when your device comes in! I waited 5 weeks and was told I would get a call when my device arrived. Don't bother calling they are to busy. You must stop in on a weekly basis to see if your device is there. They do not have troubleshooting skills. They could not figure out how to activate my phone. There wasn't anybody at Sprint that could figure it out. I have to wait and come back when they figure out what happened. I am switching service right now and so far am very disappointed.
