The T-Mobile store at 18th and Chestnut would not allow me to use their restroom while on a traffic post. I was ON DUTY, IN FULL UNIFORM, WITH A MARKED POLICE CAR OUT FRONT. Totally outrageous.

I think it's a DISGRACE that a uniformed PHILADELPHIA POLICE OFFICER was refused to use restroom! Just disgusting!
