Dismissive customer service and a lack of basic courtesy. The rep came from the back and asked what I needed. I explained my issue. Rather than "hello" or any clarifying questions, I was told we can't help you with that, call customer service. It's frustrating to show up at a store looking for help and be immediately directed elsewhere. I wasn't sure he'd even processed my need or whether I'd properly explained it before being sent away.
Damon did a good job getting me all set up. Not real knowledgeable of tech, but he was patient
The black guy (didn’t see his name because he was so rude that didn’t come close when I asked him) has the worst customer service ever, I’ve been to that store many times but it was the first time that I saw that guy, I think it was because I speak Spanish and my English is no the best, for him to be black I was very disappointed he did that.
