Damon did a good job getting me all set up. Not real knowledgeable of tech, but he was patient
The black guy (didn’t see his name because he was so rude that didn’t come close when I asked him) has the worst customer service ever, I’ve been to that store many times but it was the first time that I saw that guy, I think it was because I speak Spanish and my English is no the best, for him to be black I was very disappointed he did that.
I went to buy an Apple Watch and AirPods for my job and I asked two questions to a black guy and he was the rudest person I’ve ever met, he clearly didn’t want to be there, and he didn’t answer my questions. I just said “thank you” and left, worst customer service EVER. The saddest part is that I left without the Apple Watch and the AirPods. I’m not coming back to that store.
I bought a new phone from Samsung, and they transferred my T-Mobile account to it in expert fashion.
