I had an amazing experience at the T-Mobile store on Island Avenue! Al, the manager, along with Richard and Lapre, went above and beyond to help us with our account, line transfer, and activation. They were fast, professional, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process, the store was clean, organized and well stocked. I started coming to this specific store this summer. The staff is very friendly, patient,and knowledgeable. I'm not that tech savy so Kenny set up my internet device, phone, and explained how I can switch to get my free Netflix and apple tv. He also took time to set up my watch without even asking. I had to come back recently to purchase a phone and he was just as kind and patient. Emmanuel also very kind and patient.
The best two i dealt with were DOM & Richard , they made sure they broke down everything so i left with the knowledge i needed . Definitely highly recommend going to them for your needs . Costumer service 100 ! Thanks again
