T mobile period is the absolute worst cell phone company ever.we had T-Mobile for 8 months,the hidden fees r ridiculous, we paid over 6,000.00 ,that is just ludicrous. I would give them 0, if I could, avoid this store and go to another one, when they treat a customer like me that have 4 lines and 5 installment phone like this, you can imagine how they would treat new customer, Make a story short, I made a mistake and for 1st time I went to store to purchase my new Note 5, only because to enroll on jump on demand, and proplem started from right there, 1st they made a mistake and I had to make many calls to store and tmobile customer service, so finally they admitted their mistake, so they o... read more
