We decided to switch to T mobile and Shamont was wonderful to work with. He was extremely patient and helpful even though I feel like our family is a lot to handle. Having several lines and switching everything over is definitely a process. He answered so many questions and was so graceful about it. Thank you again!
Everytime that I go in for help Jesus, Edrick and Jess are super helpful and mindful of my time. Oh, and Drake the manger is super cool too. All great and very knowledgeable!
Every time I try to purchase a promotion, I end up feeling frustrated. The process is overly complicated, and the offers often include additional services that increase the cost unnecessarily. These extras frequently cause more problems than they solve, and dealing with the issues becomes a hassle. Once I’ve completed all my current T-Mobile plans, I plan to switch to another operator for a simpler and more transparent experience.
