30 minutes waiting for someone to help answer some questions about buying one of the Samsung watches. other customers walking in the door after me got helped first for some reason. then found out that all the waiting was for absolutely nothing when you dont sell the watches without activating a DIGITS line. because bluetooth connecting to one of the 4 lines I already pay for apparently isnt ok.
staff is super friendly and helpful made our switch from Verizon to them seamless and you can tell they like their jobs and have fun together. Of course there is the money saving we got too that's always a plus
