The service at the Niles, Ohio store is ALWAYS painfully slow..... Every time I'm in there they always say how slow their WIFI is and it takes forever to get things done. The girl who waited on us was constantly texting on her phone and smelled of alcohol. Their phone service is great, but their customer service is is lacking
We recently switched to tmobile. Had a little trouble transferring photos and videos and stuff from old phones. So they kept traded in phones until all was done. Heather and her staff very helpful and friendly!!
The store was ok. But T-Mobile as a company is beyond deceptive and ignorant. Thus my above rating... Here is a brief summary of my experience: I have never been lied to, purposely demeaned, and treated like a child along with experiencing the worst reception along my mistake of an approximate 3 month duration with this company before I got smart and ported to Cricket due to the deception, beyond poor customer service, and a useless phone service as Wi-Fi calling constantly ...
