Busy but helpful
It takes so long to just pay a bill! And it doesn’t matter what time you come in! They should have one person dedicated to just taking payments! There’s people here, but everybody is trying to work a whole phone deal instead of taking a payment is ridiculous!
Very helpful staff. Always ready to help with matters with my T-Mobile account. I highly recommend them for your T-Mobile cellphone A+ service.
Matt was awesome he took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Got an upgrade and added a watch. I couldn't be happier with my experience. The rest of the staff was very nice aswell
