Although it's a small store taking care of lots of customers , I was treated as if I was the only one there. I got what I needed and I'm truly grateful.

I am very disappointed with how I have been treated recently as a new customer. The customer service department is horrible and very unprofessional. I don't appreciate being lied to in regards to my service or account. I just recently found out my early termination fee with my previous provider was never paid to switch to T-Mobile. The only positive thing I have to say is the representative at the store I originally set my account up with was awesome.
