It's like 2007 because it is way faster to do an "Jump On Demand" upgrade in the store because you can't do it on the T-Mobile website and after 45 minutes of being on hold, I gave up trying by telephone. For a technology company, T-Mobile is not a very technology savvy company for their own systems.
The team at my T-mobile location is beyond Amazing! They all know me by my name and are like a family. They are professional, fast and very smart. The store manager always checks in to make sure you are getting the best service and Jordan, my Rep is the very best! Thanks and I love, love my new 10!
