MAKE SURE reps don’t add on services without your permission....I went in to this location and upgraded to the iPhone 11 yesterday on release day. I specifically declined phone protection and all accessories. I made it clear to the sales rep it wasn’t worth it to me and that I had pre purchased all accessories I needed for the phone. I know these reps have quotas for add-ons and accessory sales so I’m sure the rep was disappointed he didn’t get anything from my phone purchase. Our prior months T-mobile bill before qualifying for the 50% off Military plan was $164.96. After signing up for T-Mobil's 50% off all lines Military plan is now $164.99. So after signing up for T-Mobil's 50% off all lines for Military plan, my monthly bill has increased by $00.3? Please note we did not increase any lines, phone upgrades, or data. This is T-Mobiles idea of supporting the members of the armed forces.

Peter with T-Mobile (1527 6th Ave, Seattle), as a manager your customer service sucks. Try helping your customer instead of selling a product. And you wiping your hands in the motion as if the conversation is ended because the information you provided is wrong - WRONG ANSWER - Customer Service fixed the issue, and I will never recommend or purchase any other products from your store.
