There were only two people working as soon as I walked in he said it was going to be a 10-minute wait. This bothered me because when I was with MetroPCS and they had the same situation they would ask customers when they came in what they needed. If they said they were paying the bill they would stop what they were doing and help that customer because, paying a bill literally only takes 2 minutes! This way customers can pay their bill and go about their day.

Previously excellent service with very knowledgeable people. Today they were short-staffed. One staff member was helping someone in the lobby. Another person was on a call. It was to just pay a bill. Was told there would be a 10 minute wait. Left to run an errand on my return staff member had to call for someone that had been in the back to come and assist.

This is my favorite one to go to and no matter where I'm at I always end up going to the one I really really like the people are so nice and are willing to help you with everything you need
