Got ripped off by the worst service ever. My phone (iPhone 7 plus) would not work out of town and not inside of buildings. The “asst mgr blamed my phone. Funny I never had a problem on any other carrier. This asst mgr was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. Then got over charged a full month and was refused a refund. Also did not get refund on a deposit on a device to use my phone at work where I had to use an internet connection.
Chelsea fixed my phone quickly, was friendly and provided excellent service. Thank you Chelsea!
I will NEVER go to this store again! The sales associate Anthony Q charged me for accessories I didn't ask for! When I asked breakdown of my price he lied about it!! After he finally admitted that he was charging me for accessories I didn't ask for, his tells me with an attitude, " it's only $4 extra month! I've never experienced such rude and dishonest service from T-Mobile!! For the record he was trying to charge me $30 extra today and finance $4 monthly. Who knows how many ppl he has done this too!
