This location is all over the place with their information they provide customers. Yesterday, we were told we needed all the phones on the account with us. So, we agreed to come back today. I line in Brownsburg so, it was a a bit out of my way compared to others. I drive in today to just be told by Anthony & Angel something completely different. Tmobile won't work with customers who are constantly having issues with their phones. We have LG phones and they suck.. Been trying to get new phones but again they don't want to work with us on that. All they say is we can do an insurance or warranty claim on it... Um hello we have done so many of those, don't want to waste money on another(same exact phone) just for the same issues to accure. Thinking about switching to another company...
