I used to LOVE this company. The T-Mobile Tuesday’s and the prices are so helpful. I can honestly say this is the most unprofessional location I have dealt with. Everything was fine until I was charged for something I should not have been charged for. Once that happened, everyone knows nothing, no ones wants to take responsibility, and I’m a liar.🙄 I have spoken to soooo many representatives and no one was on the same page.. some of The employees are horribly misinformed and rude.
