Samsung S 8 note was great at first until out of nowhere pen gets stuck and they refuse to fix in store, plus want to charge alot to fix it with insurance! (No point) save yourself money avoid s8 note!!! Other repair stores won't fix due to taking risk!
I don’t think I’ve ever had such great customer service with a phone company than I do T-Mobile! They definitely go above and beyond both in store and over the phone! � I always go to the Centerplace location even though i am closer to the 23rd ave location. They have such better knowledge at Centerplace. If anyone is looking to switch providers I would hands down pick T-Mobile!
The employees are great and they were very helpful. Got my phones upgraded in a jiffy!! �
