Great Customer Service
Terrible customer service. Will never switch over to tmobile
Terrance is very disrespectful and I will be writing corporate and sending a letter to the headquarters due to him assuming he talked to me but it was not me! I am pretty sure T-mobile have caller ID to see who is calling to know I did not call earlier about a phone. He stated I told you that earlier and I did not call up there earlier
My Mobile Expert name was Terrance . This young man was very professional, courteous, polite and knowledgeable about my situation with my phone. He made what I thought was major problem into a very pleasant experience. If you need having problems or need a new phone I highly recommend you contact this young man.
