I am sick of T mobile at this point. Internet issues for over a month, constant throttling. If you can, take your business elsewhere, they dont care about you.

I was having the worst day until i came into T-mobile Besssemer. The store Rep Terrance was amazing. He was very patient and understanding on my situation. Thank God for Terrance. If anyone goes into that T-Mobile ask for him. I promise you’re going to have a better day. THANK YOU TERRANCE
