After being with Tmobile since 2006. We switched to another service provider. Service went downhill, calls dropped all the time, customer service got out sourced and became the most uncaring Sobs. Stores arent much bettet, all they want to do is sell you stuff. With 6 lines and a monthly bill over $500 every month. Tmobile lost out, and I tell others not to us their service either.

I had a great experience! I walked in there were 3 people ready to help me. They were all kind and friendly and helped me in a matter of minutes. I was in and out in less then15 minutes. Keep up the great work guys and gals!
Mi experiencia a sido terrible después de 10 años como clienta al fin termine con esta compañía rata porque eso es lo que es unos ladrones y jamás volvería ni así me pagaran y lo malo es con ellos k es pagas o te joden el crédito igual ya pase la voz con amistades y familiares k se cambien de compañía y seguiré publicando en FB Twitter y todos los medías k pueda .
Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! We switched over 3 months ago and are still dealing with billing inconsistencies. It's a bunch of used car salesman there who don't care about their customers and only care about lying to make sales. This company makes me sick and the fact that I left a company after 15 years to go here infuriates me. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau since they can't appear to get their act together. Don't ever do business with them!
The guy in store was pretty helpful. Long story short we to order a replacement on a 4 month old phone. We we're told that we'd get a phone overnighted to us by Tuesday/Wednesday off that week. This happened on Sunday. 6pm of the 4th day and our order is STILL being processed... On the website it says to give 48 hours processing, understandable. Then when you talk to support they tell you 72. It's been over that.
