Came in needing to unlock a new phone I accidentally locked. Got told to wait after I told them what’s up and they’ll be “right with me”. Waited 30+ minutes just to have the chick come back and push a couple buttons on the phone for 10 seconds and say no this store doesn’t have tech, I have to go to one of the other two stores they can plug the phone at and fiddle with it. Thanks for wasting my time and life. Next time check the damn phone for 5 seconds before you make me wait forever.
Went for a new phone for my husband. He is picky, cantankerous, and a pain in the butt. They handled him beautifully, and made it the shortest experience I have ever had in a mobile phone store. Ten stars
