First its dirty. Stepped in sour cream under my chair. 2nd after 40 minutes we still had no silverware , our waitress ignored us after taking our order, so our food never came. And the place was empty, so there is no excuse for it taking over 40 minutes to receive our appetizer even. Manager pretty have half hearted apology saying "we are usually better at this" and helped us out the door. Terrible service. Can't even review the food, because we never received any.

Wwaayyy to slow! It took 2 hours to get our food after the waitress finally came and they came back to check on drinks and then never brought them. Food was good, but they can't handle big events in town!

We were in Richmond for the Garth Brooks concert. We waited 30 mins for a table which was fine. We ordered drinks and food with a table of 8. After two hours of waiting half of our table never received our food. With a big concert in town I thought this place was way understaffed.

Slower than slow! Way overprice for Mcdonald's quality food. Cook walking around asking people how is everything, when he should be in the kitchen expediting orders. Needs better Management.....Surprised me that A Marriot would have such a mediocre crew running their in house restaurant. Will not be going back there again

food and staff were awesome.........if your going to stay in Richmond go to the Marriott hotel on broad st unbeatable experience I had the last 2 days there
