I had my hair cut and colored here the week of my wedding. my hair was cut extremely uneven and when I saw it in the mirror I requested it be corrected. the stylist seemed really put out and annoyed that I wasn't happy with my cut. he didn't style my hair at all stating that he didn't have time. I went home and dried and straightened my hair only to find it was still immensely uneven. no one could even tell it had been colored as it was the same dull color I'd come in with. Love this place! Sarah does a GREAT job cutting and coloring my hair. And, the staff is sweet. Recently, they all rallied around a local high school to provide hygiene items for students in need. I had a peek into this goodness and saw what a blessing it was to the students.
Received a terribly choppy and uneven haircut from a new stylist. Unfortunately the owner was unwilling to look at the cut or correct it without me paying again (after I already spent $50). When I said I was uncomfortable seeing the same stylist due to how bad the first cut was, she was rude and did not stand behind the services provided in her salon as it is "booth rental".
Today I went in for a consultation with Madison Jamison , and after about 15 mins of chatting, she turned my whole day into magic! I went in feeling a mess and uncertain of some things and I left feeling like a brand new lady! She is thoughtful, brillant and really listens to your needs. She is so friendly and I really could have stayed just to chat! <3
