Had the worst experience.. I work two jobs so I wanted to go somewhere and pamper myself, was horrible, got the French tip on my toes and hands, they didnt even shape my toes or my nails before they painted them, all my toes have different size whites on them, they went fast with my nails and just glued the already white tipped nails on them so they are big and crazy looking, I opted in for the gel on my toes what a waste of.money, spent 125 and will never set foot back in there, the service was so horrible I didnt even want... read more
I had a horrible experience today because of a so called language barrier. Maybe the person should not be working in your shop. If she can't understand or know how to accomplish a common nail coloring like ombre. I didnt ask for anything out of the ordinary, just ombre. That's it. Instead, she tried to get away with painting my nails with a clear gel polish, calling it natural. She wasted my time. I had already been there with her since 9 am. Great service family oriented.
Yeah I did not enjoy this salon experience at all. Not only did I not receive what I asked for, I had to keep repeating myself several times, and when I told them I was unhappy with my nails and wanted them took off, I was told I still had to pay for the pedicure even though I wasn’t leaving the shop with the design. If I could give zero stars I would.
